App Delete Policy for Trip to Farm
At Trip to Farm, we respect our users’ privacy and their right to manage their data. Below is our policy regarding account deletion:
Account Deletion Policy
- Freedom to Delete
- All users, whether customers or business owners, have the option to delete their accounts at any time.
- A dedicated Delete Account option is available in both the customer app and the business owners’ app for easy access.
- Permanent Deletion
- Once an account is deleted, all associated data and information are permanently erased from our servers.
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored under any circumstances.
- No Data Retention
- We do not retain any user data or information after an account has been deleted.
- How to Delete Your Account
- Navigate to the Delete Account option in the app settings: Profile>My Profile>delete
- Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
